Warranty Coverage
1. Scope of Warranty
1.1 This warranty applies only to Products sold and delivered by Launch AU to customers within Australia and purchased through authorised channels.
1.2 The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.
1.3 This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not exclude or limit, any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Warranty Period
2.1 During the Standard Warranty Period (12 months from the delivery date) or the Extended Warranty Period (if applicable), if a Product fails to operate according to AULaunch’s declared specifications, AULaunch will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Product at no cost to you.
2.2 If the Product cannot be repaired or replaced, Launch AU may offer refund or replacement with an equivalent product.
3. Claim Procedure
3.1 You must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) to claim warranty service.
3.2 Before submitting a warranty claim, you must cooperate with Launch AU team in performing fault detection or diagnostic steps as instructed.
3.3 If the Product arrives damaged or defective, photographic evidence must be submitted for review by Launch AU Support.
3.4 If Launch AU authorises a return, you must pack the Product securely and cover the return shipping cost. Launch AU will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product back to you (within Australia only).
4. Exclusions
This warranty does not apply under the following conditions, and Launch AU reserves the right to make the final determination:
The Product was not installed, operated, maintained, or used according to the manufacturer’s manual or specifications.
The serial number has been altered or removed.
Damage caused by accident, misuse, fire, liquid ingress, improper voltage, lightning, unsuitable accessories, pest infestation, corrosion, transportation damage, or unauthorised repair.
Faults caused by third-party software or hardware (non-original configuration), consumables (e.g. batteries, cables), or missing accessories.
Use or servicing of the Product outside Australia.
Damage during shipping, installation, or relocation unless expressly agreed to be covered by Launch AU.
Any loss of profit, indirect or consequential damage not arising from the Product’s failure to operate according to its specifications.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, AULaunch’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
5.2 In no event shall AULaunch be liable for any loss or damage to third-party hardware, software, data, or information caused by the Product.
5.3 Nothing in these terms excludes your non-excludable statutory rights under the ACL.
6. Transfer of Warranty
6.1 If the original purchaser transfers ownership of the Product to another person, the warranty may be transferred, provided that AULaunch Support is notified within 7 days of the transfer.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
This warranty does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
